美媒宣布民主黨總統候選人拜登勝選，多國領導人紛紛表達恭賀之意。台北市長柯文哲8日在臉書PO中英文祝賀，經過一番激烈纏鬥，新一任美國總統終於出爐，這或許就是民主政治最迷人之處，每一票都重要珍貴。
「Every vote counts.Every vote matters.」柯文哲恭賀拜登總統與賀錦麗副總統，也祝願美國民主體制，經此一役後更成熟強健。身為台北市長，他更希望彼此能在現有的基礎上繼續深化城市交流、台美邦誼永固。
